Vincent Ho is Landesa’s IT Manager based in Seattle, Washington. Vincent began working for Landesa in 2017.

What brought you to Landesa?

I am a Seattle native and wanted to be part of something special that is based in Seattle.

What are your core responsibilities?

I manage EVERYTHING information technology related. I manage the helpdesk, department budgeting, write IT policies, manage servers, maintain vendor relationships, and am in charge of the department’s strategic planning.

What is the most rewarding part of your work at Landesa?

I greatly appreciate being able to work with so many passionate individuals from so many different backgrounds.

How do you spend your time when you’re not working?

I like to repair watches/clocks as a hobby. I also like to go on long motorcycle rides.

Describe your vision for a better world.

A better world, to me, would be one of strong communities where people feel connected and valued. Where the quality of education empowers individuals to reach their full potential and contribute positively to society.
