When youth* are unable to access land, and are therefore not farming, innovations and technology aimed at improving agricultural productivity in Africa face an uphill climb. Youth landlessness and tenure insecurity limit youth economic empowerment and hamper efforts to increase productivity and bolster climate adaptation across sub-Saharan Africa.
