Landesa President and CEO, Tim Hanstad, presented at a high-level G8 pre-summit panel in London on trade, tax, and transparency. In a meeting dedicated to land, Hanstad made the case for secure land rights to influential world leaders from heads of state, businesses, and civil society. At the event, several African countries made commitments to multi-year partnerships with donors that focused on land rights - Landesa is in negotiations to be involved in some of these partnerships.
