December 2013 — This memo presents implementation guidelines for a land tenure risk assessment tool developed as part of the Ghana Land Access and Tenure Security Project, an initiative by the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA). The tool was developed by Landesa attorneys, with significant support from members of the Ghana Land Policy Action Node, and tested in Ghana’s Northern Region in May 2013. Download PDF
